$7500 fee for canopy >= 7501 SF <= 10000 SF indoor and 2.6-5.0 acres OD
$5000 fee for canopy >=2501 SF <= 7500 SF indoor and 1.1-2.5 acres OD
$2500 fee for canopy <=2500 SF or 1 acre OD
Maximum indoor canopy 12,500 SF or 7.5 acres OD with current tiering
