delaware craft cannabis seeking cultivator

Delaware Cannabis Cultivators

Delaware cannabis cultivators other than the incumbent medical marijuana vertical operators are now producing flower for the shelves of some of Delaware's 14 dispensaries.

Forest Flower in Dagsboro is a micro producing Banana OG, Humboldt Dream, Mint Jelly and Pawpaw Express for sale in all three counties.

Not organic, but New Castle County's First State Gardens micro has Grape Soda, Cookies & Cream, Lemon Cherry Runtz, and Air Force One on the menu at Field Supply.

Also, coming to dispensaries soon will be offerings from Whitecap Cannabis (June 2026) and Kanopy Farms (TBA).

Delaware Craft Cannabis

There will be a strong market for craft cannabis as the Delaware Marijuana Control Act is implemented and we are seeking cultivators capable of adhering to sustainable and regenerative growing practices, including living soil

Outdoor and greenhouse cultivation of cannabis in Delaware is going to prove extremely difficult because of the climate, even for experienced growers.  Superior genetics and best-in-class growing methodology will be what differentiates the Delaware cannabis cultivator of 2026 and beyond with the substandard supply currently being produced by the handful of medical operators.

As consumer demand moves more toward unique genetics, exotic favorites, and solventless concentrates, craft cannabis is going to stake its claim as the gold standard in Delaware.

If you or your group is seeking to invest, acquire, or sell a conditional or operational cultivation license in Delaware, please reach out to see if there is alignment with your pursuits.

There are currently cultivation licenses available in all three counties.

Delaware Wholesale Cannabis

As more and more cultivators stand up their conditional licenses, the wholesale market will develop far beyond its stuttered beginnings.

Indoor, greenhouse and even outdoor bulk will coincide with manufacturers statewide providing a more and more robust set of SKUs for Delaware retail customers to navigate.

Delaware Rosin Company

Once the nascent supply chain gains traction, Delaware retail customers will see options for Type I, Type II, Type III, and Type IV cannabis and rosin.

Delaware cannabis will soon be known as the home of solventless products for the pickiest of East Coast connoisseurs.
